Standard Bookings

By making a booking with Wheelchair Transport Phillip Island, you acknowledge and accept the following terms:

Payment

  • A deposit is required to secure all half day and full day bookings.

  • All airport transfers must be paid in full at the time of booking.

  • All bookings must be paid in full no later than 7 days before the scheduled transport.

  • Transport exceeding 100km in total distance must be fully paid prior to the booking date.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled transport may be subject to the full booking fee.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled transport may incur a 25% cancellation charge.

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled transport may be eligible for a full refund, minus any applicable transfer fees.

  • Wheelchair Transport Phillip Island reserves the right to cancel any booking at its discretion, with a full refund provided if applicable.

  • Failure to formally cancel a booking may result in the full booking fee being charged.

Changes

  • Booking adjustments may be possible, subject to availability.

Public Holiday Bookings

By making a booking on a public holiday, you acknowledge and accept the following terms:

Payment

  • Full payment is required at least 14 days prior to the booking date.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled transport may be subject to the full booking fee.

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled transport may incur a 50% cancellation charge.

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the scheduled journey may be eligible for a full refund, minus any applicable transfer fees.

  • Wheelchair Transport Phillip Island reserves the right to cancel any booking at its discretion, with a full refund provided if applicable.

  • Failure to formally cancel a booking may result in the full booking fee being charged.

International Bookings

By making an international booking, you acknowledge and accept the following terms:

Payment

  • Full payment is required at least 30 days prior to the booking date.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled transport may be subject to the full booking fee.

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled transport may incur a 25% cancellation charge.

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the scheduled transport may be eligible for a full refund, minus any applicable transfer fees.
